She is in her own right. In fact so is he. Together this week they embark on a journey of their own. The struggles, the frustration, the excitement, the joys. The wins and the losses.
College.
The easy part is getting in. The second most difficult part is sustaining and going back after year one, two, and three. The goal is to graduate. And the hardest part of it all (after graduating), to survive in a world where nothing is free and everything is dependent one’s self…motivation, confidence, restraint, love, and respect.
And when you finally make it, the best part of it all will be the smiles on the faces of everyone who’ve helped you along the way.
